In the East Metro commercial building market, most cleaning contractor decisions come down to price and availability. The written quote is accepted, the crew shows up for a few months, and then service quality drifts, crew turnover happens, and the property manager is back looking for a replacement. We have been operating for 22 years because we do not produce that cycle.
| What we do | Why it matters to you |
|---|---|
| 22 years of continuous operation | No startup risk. Your building is not funding someone's learning curve. |
| Written scope before day one | No disputes about what is and is not covered. The document is the agreement. |
| Certificate of insurance with quote | Satisfies management company, REIT, and lender requirements without a follow-up request. |
| Consistent crew assignment | Same people in the building. Tenants know who is cleaning their space. Security is not a concern. |
| 30-day check-in standard | Problems get identified and corrected before they become complaints or lease-renewal issues. |
| Seasonal floor program included | Winter salt damage is addressed in the base scope. No surprise surcharges in February. |
| Single point of contact | One call or email resolves anything — no re-explaining to a dispatch center. |
What We Do Not Do
We do not take on more buildings than we can staff properly. A cleaning company that grows faster than its crew capacity produces declining service across the entire client base. We have stayed regional and kept the East Metro as our primary market because we know it and can staff it reliably.
We do not operate verbally. Every scope, every price, every schedule adjustment is in writing. If you cannot find it in the document, it was not agreed.
